Spatia helps a reader screen a property before deciding where deeper professional due diligence is warranted. A report starts with a confirmed place and a reader's question, then examines relevant curated public data and presents the findings that deserve follow-up.

The product is an analysis service over curated geospatial sources, not a fixed scorecard. The question shapes what the report pursues; the available evidence and its limits shape what the report can honestly say.

What a report preserves
